Francis has been with Watoto Wasoka for over a decade, first as a player in the Sparta 09 teams where he won a few championships including the Christmas Camp in 2015, and then as a volunteer and staff.
He holds a diploma in business administration and coordinates our sport-for-development (S4D) programs, including BUREF and Football 4 WASH. He also supports business development and compliance.
