Francis captained Sparta 09 teams at all levels during his not so glamorous playing days. He was a key member of the founding story of Watoto Wasoka, and now leads the work full-time as the CEO.
Francis holds a BSc. In Education and an MBA from Makerere University. He provides overall leadership and direction to the organisation.
You’ll most likely meet him cheering at games with the Sparta 09 girls’ teams.
