MHH Through Play uses games, football and guided reflection to make menstrual health education engaging, inclusive and memorable. By turning learners from passive listeners into active participants, we help schools build knowledge, confidence and positive attitudes towards menstruation.
Football4WASH combines the vibrant potential of football and the ability to create a fun-filled learning environment, where sensitisation for WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene) related health behaviour is carried out in a joyful and playful way.
BUREF is designed around a series of football exercises (called “drills”) which are easy to learn and execute. The BUREF “drills” combine play and mental health education.
